Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics is a well-established, growing clinic that just celebrated 40 years of taking care of children in Northwest Arkansas.
We have 19 Pediatricians & 3 APRN/PA's in Fayetteville and Rogers. We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to assist in walk-in clinic at both locations. Our walk-in clinic sees children with acute illnesses including fever, sore throat, URI symptoms, urinary concerns, sprains/injuries, skin infections, and more.
Two years of Pediatric experience is perferred but not required
Schedule:
- Full-Time (33hrs-40hrs/wk) Monday-Friday
- One Saturday/per month (8a-11a)
- Rotating between Fayetteville & Rogers locations
The salary base of $110,000 annually plus bonus. A CME allowance up to $2,500 will be included in the compensation package.

The Sonographer works under minimal supervision of the Lead US Technologist and Chief Technologists performing diagnostic ultrasound, biopsy procedures, and ABUS Automated Breast Ultrasound. Works effectively with patients, radiologists, and clinicpersonnel, assisting with PACS and comparison images. Excellent organizational skills and communication are a must.
The Sonographer position is a dedicated to our Breast Sonography only. A candidate with previous breast experience in mammography and/or breast ultrasonography preferred but not required.
The Sonographer will rotate between Fayetteville and Bentonville. Occasional coverage may be needed at the Harrison location.
Willingness to train in Mammography is encouraged.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated PCA/CNA to join our team at Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics, Monday-Friday 7:45am-5 pm (end time may vary).
The Key Responsibilities for this position are as follows; Direct patients to exam rooms and ensure they are comfortable and prepared for their appointments; Obtain vital signs accurately and record them in our electronic health record (EHR) system; Assist nurses and physicians as directed, providing support and maintaining a smooth workflow; Perform rapid lab tests including urinalysis, hemoglobin, stool studies, strep/flu swabs, COVID rapid swabs, and COVID PCR tests; Conduct finger sticks and administer hearing/vision screenings to assess patients' health status accurately. Must be willing to work independently and as a team in a high pace clinic setting while offering great patient care.

NWA Pediatrics is currently in search of a nurse who is seeking part-time and/or PRN hours. The position would require working two or three night clinics per week (5:00pm to 7:00pm) and every other Saturday (8:00am to 11:00am).

The Radiology Technologist works under general supervision to assist the radiologsit in performing diagnostic procedures for patients; works effectively with patients and other clinic personnel; performs ekgs, and routes patients and/or their x-rays to the appropriate nurse's station or PACS viewing worklist. This position will also cross train to cover Bone Density and cardiac treadmill tests.
Clinic Hours are 730-530 Mon-Fri. Our clinic has no night, weekend, or holiday hours.
This PRN position will provide coverage for vacation and sick time, but has potential to transition to full time.

NWA Pediatrics is seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist. Duties will include, but are not limited to, checking patients in, obtaining and entering all demographic information, answering a multi-line phone, and scheduling appointments. As the first line of communication with our patients, professional attitude and appearance are a must. Must be available to work Monday-Friday. Applicant must have exceptional customer service skills, be self-motivated, reliable, and pay attention to details. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. NWA Psychiatry, a MANA Clinic is seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team providing counseling services to the child, adolescent and adult population in the Northwest Arkansas area. We are looking for someone who can work independently but also is a team player and can work collaberatively. Someone who is looking to grow in there leadership and career and has high integrity. We provide creditialing, benefits and a system of referrals.
All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Arkansas:
