This PRN position will provide coverage for vacation and sick time, but has potential to transition to full time.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic sonogram procedures as required: achieve a high level of image quality
  • Be observant for image artifacts and keep them to a minimum
  • Obtain patient history as needed
  • Echo experience preferred but not required
  • Assist lead US tech or physician during procedures, helping to put the patient at ease

Qualifications

  • Plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Graduation from a certified Radiological Technology Program and/or a certified Ultrasound program, RDMS certification or registry eligible
