The MRI Technologist position is a dedicated to our Breast MRI Facility only. A candidate with previous breast experience in mammography and/or breast ultrasonography preferred but not required. The MRI Technologist will rotate between MRI Breast facilities in Fayetteville, AR; Bentonville, AR.

The MRI Technologist works under minimal supervision of the Lead MRI Technologist and Chief Technologist.  Working effectively with patients and another clinic personnel, assisting with PACS, and routes patients and/or their images through the appropriate process.

• Perform diagnostic procedures as required and achieve a high level of image quality
• Be observant for artifacts and keep them to a minimum
• Obtain patient history as needed
• Perform and assist other technologists during procedures, helping to put the patient at ease
• Act as agent to obtain pertinent information to aid the physician in diagnosis care and treatment

• Graduation from a certified Radiological Technology Program
• 2 years related experience and/or training preferred but not required
• R.R.T. Certification in Radiology and MRI (or MRI Registry eligible)
• CPR certification
