Overview

Do you enjoy meeting people and building realtionships? This could be the position to learn people skills and foundational relationship building! 

 

The Courior/PO Assistant is primarily responsible for sorting mail for distribution within the clinics, running errands outside of clinics, traveling to satellite clinics to deliver mail and other medical supplies. This position will also assist the Director of Purchasing with daily duties such as; placing orders, receiving orders, delivering orders and supplies, updating system pricing, and general upkeep of the MANA P.O. System.

 

Ability to lift packaging items that are 20-50 pounds. Frequent lifting of packing items required for position.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver mail to clinics each morning
  • Travel to satellite clinics to deliver mail and medical supplies
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Assist with receiving supplies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12-18 months related experience and/or training
