The Clinic Director position will manage and support the physicians and staff of the Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic which includes; Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Sleep Medicine, Endocrinology, Podiatry and Rheumatology departments. This position advocates for our patient-centered mission to improve the quality of life by providing compassionate, comprehensive, and quality healthcare.
It is achieved by developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure excellent service and growth in all aspects of the clinic. The Clinic Director serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, and MANA Administration. This position reports to the Clinic Administrator of Specialty Care and will be involved in providing regular practice analysis reports, overseeing financial processes, and managing clinic operations.

Fayettville Diagnostic Clinic (FDC) offers Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Endocrinology, and Rheumatology services. FDC houses well-established physicians and kind staff that is ready to support and deliver impressive care throughout the entire patient process. The Clinic Director will supervise the Patient Care Manager, Receptionist Supervisor, Billing/Coding supervisor, and a range of Advanced Practice Providers.
