About MANA Administration

 

The MANA Administrative team provides support services for 26 physician-owned medical practices in Northwest Arkansas. We are an independent, physician owned group established in 1999 to responsibly manage the costs associated with health care, improve our practice efficiencies, and enhance overall care for our patients. Our Administrative team includes, Human Resources, Information Services, Reimbursement, Credentialing, Recruiting, Population Health, Marketing, and Training. We all work together to help our physicians and clinics provide compassionate, comprehensive, quality health care. We support each other, often working on projects together, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Applications are reviewed by the Human Resources Department at the MANA Administrative Office . Applications are kept in our database for managers to review for six (6) months.  MANA is an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

New Hire & Onboarding

  • Manage the full new hire process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless transition from offer to start date.
  • Conduct weekly in-person New Employee Orientation, creating a welcoming and informative experience for every new team member.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to continually improve the onboarding journey.

Talent Systems (ATS: iCIMS)

  • Maintain and continuously improve the iCIMS MANA Knowledge Base.
  • Manage reporting dashboards and system updates in iCIMS.
  • Create and update job postings and positions within the system.
  • Train new and existing hiring managers on how to use iCIMS effectively.

Leadership & Training Programs

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design and deliver content for leadership and recruitment training.
  • Co-facilitate new leader training sessions and coordinate follow-ups as needed.
  • Deliver engaging trainings such as 30@3 microlearning sessions for supervisors and leadership teams.
  • Meet with hiring managers to consult on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and tools to ensure interview excellence across clinics.

Strategic Projects & Committees

  • Lead the Education Committee to support continuous learning and development initiatives & events.
  • Lead the Recruitment Committee to drive innovative recruitment strategies and ensure best practices across the organization.
  • Partner with education and recruitment leaders to align training and recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Student & Intern Programs

  • Ensure affiliation agreements, insurance certificates, and student placement processes are current, accurate, and compliant.
  • Coordinate timely placement of students and interns across clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local schools and higher education programs.
  • Represent MANA at campus events, job fairs, and healthcare career events.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: you’re confident leading orientations and training sessions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) or HR technology.
  • Ability to balance compliance, process, and creativity.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for employee growth and development.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to facilitate committees and drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Education and Experience: High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc., plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
