Overview

The Talent Specialist is primarily responsible for contributing to the effective operation and customer-focused service within Human Resources to ensure all customers experience quality service. The Recruiting Specialist will serve as consultant and support to the development and deployment of employer branding, reporting/analytics, applicant tracking system, compliance, and training in the space of recruiting in today's competitive market. Performs exemplary customer service and assistance to team members, management, executives and HR team. Assist with the implementation and coordination of human resources activities, including but not limited to, recruiting strategy and best practices, New Employee Orientation, data entry and document processing, inputting and retrieving information from HRIS system, records management, and perform other general clerical tasks as assigned.

The MANA Administrative team provides support services for 25 physician-owned medical practices in Northwest Arkansas. We are an independent, physician owned group established in 1999 to responsibly manage the costs associated with health care, improve our practice efficiencies, and enhance overall care for our patients. Our Administrative team includes, Human Resources, Information Services, Reimbursement, Credentialing, Recruiting, Population Health, Marketing, and Training. We all work together to help our physicians and clinics provide compassionate, comprehensive, quality health care. We support each other, often working on projects together, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Applications are reviewed by the Human Resources Department at the MANA Administrative Office . Applications are kept in our database for managers to review for six (6) months.  MANA is an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS
    • Maintain the iCIMS MANA Knowledge Base.
    • Maintain the reporting dashboards within iCIMS.
    • Create positions within iCIMS.
    • Work to update iCIMS talent platform with system changes, and interim updates, and implement new recruiting system changes.
    • Deliver iCIMS training to new and existing hiring managers.
  • MANA Students and Interns Program
    • Ensures policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant (affiliation agreements, certificate of insurance)
    • Ensures students are placed in a timely manner
    • Builds strong relationships with local schools and higher education programs and provides support to various college campus events, job fairs, and any other events for healthcare professionals.
  • Serve on project committees as appropriate
    • Facilitates Education Committee
    • Facilitiates Recruitment Committee
  • Communicate with key education and recruitment leaders to develop a strategy to best educate leaders and key staff.
  • Create a strategy and delivers interview expertise to hiring managers to ensure interview best practices.
  • Create content for leadership and recruitment training.
  • Help coordinate new leader training and schedules follow-up training as needed.
  • Attend and deliver new leader training with HR Director/HR Operations Manager
  • Meet with hiring managers regarding recruitment strategy and recruitment needs for clinics.
  • Deliver 30@3 training for leadership team and supervisors.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
