About MANA Administration

 

The MANA Administrative team provides support services for 26 physician-owned medical practices in Northwest Arkansas. We are an independent, physician-owned group established in 1999 to responsibly manage the costs associated with health care, improve our practice efficiencies, and enhance overall care for our patients. Our Administrative team includes four Principals, Human Resources, Information Services, Reimbursement, Credentialing, Recruiting, Population Health, Marketing, and Training. We all work together to help our physicians and clinics provide compassionate, comprehensive, quality health care. We support each other, often working on projects together, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

What You Do:

  • Interact and Connect: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Engage with customers and staff at all levels, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Information Hub: Serve as a conduit for information between callers and management, handling calls and messages efficiently.
  • Organize and Maintain: Keep site directory spreadsheets (Excel) updated and assist various departments as needed.
  • Support Leadership: Provide backup for the executive assistant supervisor, set the office tone, and maintain a professional image.
  • Coordinate Office Activities: Handle event scheduling, catering, visitor registration, conference room management, and office supplies.
  • Run Errands: Occasionally run errands for recognition gifts and other tasks during business hours.
  • Build Relationships: Foster inclusive and effective relationships with personnel at various levels.
  • Adapt and Assist: Take on additional duties as requested by the executive assistant supervisor and leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Required: High school diploma or GED; Preferred: College/Specialized schooling, or 2+ years on-the-job education in administrative or clerical skills.
  • 2+ years related experience and/or training required
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Skills: Initiative, organizational prowess, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, excellent communication skills, advanced mathematical skills for practical applications, and problem-solving abilities
  • Professionalism: Conduct yourself professionally, especially in face-to-face interactions with our physicians.
  • Bilingual, preferred but not required
