Overview

MANA Family Medicine HarBer is seeking a full time Clinic Float to join our dynamic team. This flexible and versatile role provides support across both front-desk reception and clinical patient care areas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable moving between administrative and hands-on patient care tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations. This position is full time Monday -Thursday  8am-5pm  and Friday 8am-noon.

Responsibilities

Reception / Front Office Duties:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage phone lines, schedule appointments
  • Collect payments, process paperwork, and maintain accurate patient records
  • Support daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Scan reports and medical records to correct patient chart via EMR

Medical Assistant / Patient Care Duties:

  • Record vitals, patient histories, and document care accurately in the EMR
  • Reconcile Medications for the visit
  • Prepare patients for exams 
  • Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and administrative staff

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6- 12 months related experience and/or training
  • Previous experience in family medicine or primary care setting preferred
  • Phlebotomy experience a plus but not required
