MANA Family Medicine HarBer is seeking a full time LPN. Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-noon. 

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a key role in supporting our providers and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care in a collaborative environment.

• Assist physicians with patient care, exams, and procedures
• Administer medications and injections as directed
• Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens
• Record and update patient medical histories and vital signs in the EMR system
• Provide patient education and support regarding health maintenance and treatments
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and quality care delivery

• Graduation certificate from accredited LPN school of nursing
• Current LPN license 
• 12 month Previous clinical experience in family medicine, primary care, or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate and professional demeanor
