Overview

The FDC Nursing (RN) Supervisor is a full-time leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations at Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic in the following departments: Pulmonary, Sleep Medicine, Rheumatology, and Endocrinology. This role supervises nursing staff, supports physicians and clinic leadership, and helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipates and ensures adequate inventory of supplies and medications available
  • Assists with projects and provides support to Clinic Operations Manager, Physicians and Clinic Director.
  • Coordinate education/check-offs for current staff and maintain CPR records/schedule training.
  • Functions as a licensed nurse by filling in when required.
  • Directs the development, supervision, evaluation of FDC nursing staff and ensures personnel are available for daily workloads.
  • Provides supervision of personnel to include hiring, termination, employee coaching, employee counseling, timely evaluations, etc. 
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements include a graduation certificate from an accredited RN school of nursing, degree preferred
  • current State RN licensure
  • Maintains basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
