Responsibilities include taking vitals, rooming patients, preparing charts, assisting reception; participates in the organization of the physicians’ practice.

Responsibilities

  • Direct patient to proper exam/treatment room; prepare patients for physicians 
  • Set up stock areas for daily use
  • Revise daily schedules to accommodate patient flow; obtain necessary charts and charge tickets
  • Clean exam rooms between patient visits and at the end of the shift
  • Check in and out patients as needed
  • Assist with front office tasks 

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma/GED
