As a Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patient visits run smoothly, from scheduling appointments and managing records to assisting patients and supporting healthcare providers. What You'll Do

  • Create a warm, professional first impression by greeting and assisting patients, families, and visitors
  • Guide patients through every stage of their visit, including registration, insurance verification, and check-in procedures
  • Coordinate and maintain physician schedules to keep daily operations running efficiently
  • Answer phones, route messages, and connect patients with the appropriate team members
  • Update patient demographic and insurance information while maintaining accurate records
  • Process patient payments and support front-office administrative functions
  • Prepare, scan, file, and manage patient documents and medical records
  • Monitor lobby activity and provide assistance to patients and visitors as needed

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 7 to 11 months of related experience
