  • Someone who is available to work Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM–Noon, in the office

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the patient encounter – verify or update patients’ name, address, phone number and health coverage and direct patients to appropriate clinic locations as indicated by the schedule.
  • Use computer to generate patient fee tickets, attach tickets to patients’ charts and deliver charts to designated location prior to patients’ visits.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Perform any other related duties as required and/or assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 7 – 11 months related experience and/or training
